When your VanMoof needs extra attention, you need expert support to get back on the road quickly. That’s where we come in — The Cycle M.O.T: VanMoof Workshop Partner. With deep local knowledge and newly trained in all things VanMoof, our expert mechanics will have your bike running smoothly again.
We offer both electrical and non-electrical VanMoof repairs.
VanMoof Electrical Repairs: How Does It Work?
Step 1: If you have an electrical issue, we begin with a full diagnostic check to assess the problem. You'll need to grant us access to the VanMoof app beforehand.
Step 2: Once diagnosed, you’ll receive a detailed quote covering all required repairs, including any proprietary VanMoof components.
Step 3: After your approval, our technicians will proceed with the repair.
Step 4: We’ll notify you via text when your bike is ready for collection.
VanMoof Electrical Full Diagnostics: £60
Includes a comprehensive health check of the Smart Module and internal socket harness, inspecting connections between the Kick-lock, E-Shifter, Buttons, Bottom Bracket, and Motor.
VanMoof General Service: £180
Our certified VanMoof service includes visual and functional checks, torque adjustment, parts inspection, bike cleaning, technical bulletin reviews (with any necessary work), and firmware updates — all performed using the official Fixie App.
VanMoof Non-Electrical Repairs: Prices Vary
For issues not requiring VanMoof-specific tools or software — such as punctures, tyre replacements, or brake pad changes — we offer in-store repairs at flexible pricing. Ask in-store for details.
